WARRANTY:
All merchandise manufactured by Mad Dog Custom Cycles is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of six months from the date of invoice. Proof of purchase such as original invoice must accompany all warranty claims. Any request to return defective merchandise must be made within the terms of our limited warranty. A return authorization number must be issued before merchandise is returned for a warranty claim. Defective merchandise must be sent back to Mad Dog Custom Cycles freight prepaid. Upon inspection and determination of a valid warranty claim, Mad Dog Custom Cycles will replace the defective merchandise and return it via ground shipment. Discoloration is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc., and is not caused by defective manufacturing. Therefore, there is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to discoloration or rust. No credit will be issued for labor or other costs incurred beyond the cost of original product. Mad Dog Custom Cycles will not warranty any product that has been modified by any other person or organization, or where the product became defective as a result of improper use, abnormal operation, abuse, or any other misuse of the product. Warranties will be honored by Mad Dog Custom Cycles with the direct purchaser only. Mad Dog Custom Cycles reserves the right to replace or issue credit for defective merchandise at our discretion. There will be a minimum 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.

SHIPPING:
Shipping will be by UPS ground unless the customer makes other arrangements. UPS shipping can be next day, 2nd day, and 3rd day at an additional expense to the customer. We do not use the U.S. postal service for shipping. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All of our goods are carefully packed before shipping. All shipments must be inspected up on receipt. Title of the merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier and all CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE should be made with the CARRIER IMMEDIATELY.
